The animated comedy series "Tom Goes to the Mayor" is set in the fictional American town of Jefferton, whose flag is shown in the episode "My Big Cups:" blue, charged with a large white pipe. This is probably an inside joke, as the plot of an earlier episode involved a plot to promote underage pipe-smoking, or it may possibly be a veiled reference to Marcel Magritte.
